This meditation guides you through my daily energy clearing practice that I do every morning upon waking and evening before bed. We begin by starting an energy circulation process in your body through establishing Earth and cosmic energy pathways within you. This process grounds you and ensures that energies entering your body cycle out if they do not belong to you. Next we clear your spine with the violet flame followed by clearing your headspace of any intrusive thoughts. We then build your energy field and shield it followed by releasing any foreign energies that have accumulated in your energy field. We end by fully recharging your energy field and body with golden light. Enjoy!
